March 2010 Issue



On November 4th 2002 Pasqualino Café & Bistro opened their doors after extensive renovations. owners Domenic and Maria Pasqualino were excited to open their little restaurant after years of planning & looking for a suitable location in Milton their new home. They remembered how very well recieved they were from local merchants and the people of Milton, and Domenic and Maria are profoundly grateful. Pasqualino Cafe & Bistro was an instant success, the concept was new to Milton and the food was totaly fresh and different.
Chef Domenic Pasqualino continually strives to keep his quality standards high with his homemade pasta, splendid soups, fresh fish, game, veal, and beef dishes. "it's a pleasure to see patrons friends regularly coming back to eat at our restaurant" comments Domenic. "it is extremely rewarding and it makes the all the hard work in running the restaurant
worthwhile.

Domenic and Maria believe in giving back to the community. They generously support charitable causes through donations, gift

certificates & through cooking classes which have raised money for the Red -Cross and the Milton District Hospital foundation.

Domenic is currently producing a DVD with his favourite recipes, cooking tips, and demonstrations. the proceeds of the sales of the DVDs will go to various charities including Milton District Hospital Foundation. The Pasqualinos are hoping to have the DVD ready for sale for mid April.
Pasqualino Cafe & bistro was recently voted through the Canadian Champion Milton Choice Awards as Milton's favourite fine dining, Italian Restaurant, European dining, & Domenic was voted as Milton's favourite local chef. Pasqualino Café & Bistro is also currently nominated by the Milton Chamber of Commerce as business of the year.
Domenic and Maria would like to give their thanks to their friends and customers for their patronage over the years and they look forward to many more years of friendly service, fresh foods and old wine. a special thank you goes to the Pasqualino staff and family for their help and dedication. The Pasqualinos would also like to thank the Canadian Champion, SNAP Milton, and Milton Today Magazine for their food reviews and publications of special events at Pasqualino. And a sincere thanks goes to Jaqueline Garrard of the Milton DBIA for her continued efforts and support in turning the historic downtown into a fine shopping and dining destination.
